Ingredients
1 pint heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 TBS butter
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
salt
pepper
To prepare
In medium sauce pan, place all ingredients. Bring to light boil, and simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with 1 pound of your favorite pasta
